POLICIES
BOOKING
Endless Glow requires a card on file to book your appointment. A $50 booking fee is required to reserve your appointment date and time. The booking fee will be applied to your total service fee. The remaining balance due at the end of your first session appointment.
RESCHEDULING
In the event that you need to reschedule your appointment, you may do so at least 48 hrs before your appointment. This allows another client to fill that appointment time block. Your deposit will apply to your new appointment date if the appointment is rescheduled within 30 days of the original date. If the appointment is not rescheduled within 30 days, your deposit will be forfeited and new deposit will be required to book a new appointment. Promotional rates will not be honored if appointment is rescheduled after 30 days. You may reach Endless Glow at 713.940.7930 or by email EndlessGlowStudio@gmail.com if any changes should be made.
CANCELLATION
Any appointment that is cancelled or is no-call/no-show the day of the appointment will result in the deposit being forfeited plus a $50 cancellation fee that will be charged within 24 hrs.
GRACE PERIOD
Endless Glow allows 15 minute grace period. Please notify Endless Glow at 713.940.7930 as soon as possible with ETA.
REFUND
Endless Glow Services are non-refundable under any circumstances. Results may vary per person depending on but not limited to: skin, skincare, medications, aftercare and bone structure. Result cannot be guaranteed as every individual heals differently. It is imperative that aftercare is being followed 100% as instructed.
